Know this: I am not going to read poems from someone who has not read my poems and let me know what they thought... poets that are willing to give and not just ask to get I will be more than happy to interact with.
I actually feel kinder towards people that reacted negatively to my poetry than the non-readers who just ask me out of the blue to read their stuff... o.k.?
