After Tapas Pal, Nirmal Majhi, Arup Chakraborty another TMC leader made a controversial remark. TMC MLA Dipak Haldar has said that rapes happened before, will happen now and will continue. The TMC leader also said that as long as this earth exists, there will be rapes.
