Twitter Redesign Gives Photos, Videos the Spotlight

Twitter announced another redesign Tuesday morning. The new Twitter.com and apps feature a Facebook-Timeline-like image at the top of your profile page. With the new iPad app, you’ll be able to swipe through fullscreen photos.
