Written guide:
Go up the street from the objective marker until you get to some boxes. Shoot down the bridge using a blunt arrow and attach a rope arrow to the high up beam and the beam above you. Climb up the rope and through the window into the room and out through the other window.
Go up the other rope and jump onto the walkway and jump to the roof near the objective marker. Shoot a blunt arrow at the switch inside the room and steal everything in the room.
