THE JACK BOYS
Are a group of cutthroat inner city kids from the Northeast section of Washington D.C. that have been linked to many felonious crimes such as; armed robbery, witness tampering, kidnapping and murder. They have an ongoing intense conflict with their rival "The Moorefield Crew" and are willing to do anything to get ahead on the deadly streets of Washington DC.
