What does a dolphin use to get high? A toxic puffer fish that makes them lapse into a trance-like state
Bottlenose dolphins are filmed apparently getting high on secretions from pufferfish. The pufferfish secrete a neurotoxin that in high doses can kill but in small doses seemingly have a narcotic effect.
