Kate Middleton and Prince William are under scrutiny after they jetted off to the Maldives for a couple’s vacation without their royal baby, George.
Living life in the spotlight comes with a few disadvantages. Kate Middleton and Prince William are under scrutiny after they jetted off to the Maldives for a couple’s vacation without their royal baby, George.
There are a few reasons why many Netizens are angry. One of which is that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge along with their 7-month-old little guy took a trip to Mustique a few weeks back. Other people pointed out Prince William headed out to Spain for a boar hunting expedition last month.
The hostility boiled down to a few things and among them was that not too many Netizens were happy the couple left George for an entire week. The Maldives second honeymoon makes it the first time that Prince William and Kate Middleton have taken a trip abroad without the infant.
George has been left in the care of Carole and Michael Middleton along with the baby’s own security crew. Following the backlash, the couple hasn’t responded to Netizens’ allegations of ‘arrogance’ due to their luxurious trips.
Next month, the family, baby included, will take part in a three week tour of New Zealand and Australia. What do you think of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge leaving George at home for the week?
