Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi addressed a huge election rally at Balaghat in poll bound Madhya Pradesh. While addressing the masses he slammed the BJP by saying BJP has failed to deliver in the state. He also said when Congress makes schemes for poor welfare BJP asks questions about the money, but BJP snatched the land of poor and tribals and doesn’t answer.
