Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi addressed a huge election rally at Balaghat in poll bound Madhya Pradesh. While addressing the masses he slammed the BJP by saying BJP has failed to deliver in the state. He also said UPA talks about the food security bill and tribal and poor will avail the most of benefits from this. “Congress doesn’t want anyone to sleep with hunger.” Rahul Gandhi added.
