Indian National Congress and UPA’s vice president, Rahul Gandhi addressed a huge rally in Hamirpur, UP. “You have to bring Congress government to improve your infrastructure and level of living. We have sent funds for you but you haven’t been entertained with those funds.” Rahul Gandhi said in the rally.
