Sunboyz is the coming of age comedy set in the gnarly backdrop of Spokane WA. In the late ‘80s. The audience is transported back to a simpler time (pre) texting, cell phones and social media. Come spend the last weekend of school, with our four misfit heroes, Nicholson, Abrams, Fray and Whaley as they navigate through seventy two hours of mayhem, do battle with “robo-sub” the substitute teacher from hell, “Spokane’s finest,” a local gang and stiff competition at the local air-band contest all for a shot to get backstage at Monster’s of Rock, the concert that would change their lives forever.
