Because she falsified this document I believe that her debt will not be discharged with us. I was not able to attend the 341 meeting but I know that I have 60 days before I receive a discharge notice. My question is, what exactly do I do now to make sure the case doesn't get discharged? I have all of the paperwork she signed I just dont no what I am supposed to file at this point. -
