The money he gets from his job is dissapearing and we're not sure what he's doing with it (but we think he's funneling it somewhere). My father took out a credit card in my MOTHER'S NAME and maxed it out for $20,000.
My father is emotionally abusive (and I mean seriously abusive) and stealing my mother's money. He filed for bankruptcy but my mom can't file because she has an inheritance she wants to protect. The mortgage on our house is ALL ON HER and our house has lost it's value so much that even if we sell it, my parents won't have enough money to finish their mortgage.
HOW CAN MY MOM GET A DIVORCE FROM THIS ABUSIVE MAN? WHAT CAN I DO? IS SHE GOING TO BE STUCK IN POVERTY BECAUSE OF MY DAD'S ABUSE?
