Wife filed a dissolution of marriage.We are fighting for assets.In any case we had a joint account with $11,000; we put down togethor $6300 together since it was cash to buy a car and she used my name for credit and in my bankruptcy I filed an indemnity letter to protect her car since my daugther needs it.I have also done various work on the house which i can not prove since no receipts.I filed for Bankruptcy and collect SSDI benefits from which my daugher recieves money and paid for child support while I worked. Am I entitled to any of her assets which she has 47,000 of those 11,ooo where ransacked from our jt acct and I have proof!! Also she has 20,000 in retirement and the rest spread out differently. -
