I could no longer make payments and had to surrender the vehicle. The man I was speaking to on the phone mentioned that I the company is going to sue me. I have missed a 3 months worth of payments but the vehicle has been returned.
I am hoping to claim bankruptcy but need money to pay a lawyer. I have not worked since May of this year and am hoping to find a new job soon! I have no income what so ever! I am not sure if I can stop any thing from happening with out a lawyer.
