It was suggeted that my wife file since my name only was on some asets we didnt want discharged or liened.Our debts we listed were discharged under community properity but i was told if she died or we divorced the dischage could be reopened and I would be liable for the debts since we have since moved to a state that doesnt recognize a community discharge.I though once it was done it was done ,is that not true? This was done and discharged a year and a half ago in Arizona we have since then moved to PA. Should moving make a differance sine it was all said and done.? -
