Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi addressed a mammoth rally in Punjab's Sangrur. "When I was attending the inauguration of the Hospital today (Vijay Indra) Singlaji told me that 'today is the happiest day of my life". I could see tears in his eyes. Yes.. this is a happy moment.
