A young girl is about to watch her favorite saturday morning cartoon, "Star Girl," when the power goes out due to a thunderstorm. Using Star Girl's motto, "Be Brave and Fight," the girl faces her fears of thunder and lightning in order to save a baby bird trapped in the storm.
