On Friday September 18th, over 80 black gay men gathered to tear up the dance floor to hip hop music at Toad Hall. All in an effort to Bring Black Back to San Francisco's Castro District. BLACKOUT promotes diversity, acceptance and community within the Castro. This night serves as one of the numerous activities under STOP AIDS' OUR LOVE Program.
