Excerpt from a series of three-hour durational performances at The Power Plant, Toronto Created for the exhibition Coming After, curated by Jon Davies Performed by Francisco-Fernando Granados and Tyler Gledhill Two men silently negotiate their relationship while moving on and around a locker room bench. They share a single outfit of clothing. Paint drips slowly from a sculpture high above their heads. In the absence of language, the paint records their movements and marks their exchange; its bright marks carry an emotional weight that the men otherwise conceal.
