Bharathanatyam is a sacred and traditional South Indian dance form that reveals the spiritual through the corporeal. The film is narrated by world renowned husband and wife dance teachers, Chitra & Madurai Muralidharan and their dedicated students. Beautiful expressionistic elements from rehearsals to the stage. This was made in collaboration with CUNY Brooklyn College and the L.V. Prasad Film & TV Academy in India, circa 2007.
