There's not a simple answer to this question. It's both 'yes and no.' We've all heard 'don't judge a book by it's cover,' right? That equally applies to drawing conclusions about someone's HIV status without asking them directly. If he looks like he has HIV, he might have another health condition. If he looks healthy & vibrant, he might be HIV positive. Our best advice: ask him !
