Hands down, this is the number one question we get asked. The answer, unfortunately, isn't what people want to hear: there is a risk of HIV transmission associated with oral sex. The risk is largely determined by the health of your partner and your own oral health. If you have any sores in your mouth or bleeding gums, it's probably a good idea to hold off on giving someone head. We also highly recommend that you either spit or swallow -- and don't let it wallow !
