However, it is the only alternative to a large part of population without economic resources. From a reflection on the issue of feeding in Cuba, Lactosoy explores social inequalities in a country where differences between social classes have recently worsened. Through the use of commercial advertising´s language, Lactosoy also refers to different aspects of the debate on Cuban identity. However, the ambiguity of the discourse and the lack of referents in a country where there is no advertising, to generate an equivocal space that does not avoid controversy and aims to open the debate. BIOGRAPHY Francisco Espinosa Rossié (Pako), La Habana, 1975, is an audio-visual artist and filmmaker based in Havana, Cuba. His work expands from video art to experimental film, including video documentations, short fiction, documentary, TV series and videoclips.
