This is a Gospel message given by Travis Yates, Director of Ten-Four Ministries, at the conclusion of a four day training session at the Training Center for the Philippine National Police Department. Ten-Four Ministries (USA) and Task Force Tagaligtas (Philippines) sponsored a mission trip to the Philippine National Police Department. A team of six trainers from the United States travelled to the Philippines to train the police, army and air-force in various law enforcement courses.
